He also showed me how to clean my furnace, how to work my humidifier, and gave me many helpful tips on home ownership. Heck, he even pulled some hair out of my drain! Very professional and patient. February 22, 2024Poor knowledge about connecting mechanical room gas pipe inspection got failed and delays in our occupacy certificate No knowledge how to connect plumbing for main. Water line and we got delayed 2 more month to have our water line connected - no inspections and they keep harassing you for payment You loose time and money that’s all you get We had cut all our brand new wall to get gas line repaired for size and air pressure leak all documents available

December 22, 2023Reegan was great to deal with when it came to replacing my hot water tank. Answered the phone after normal hours and walked me through the the probable causes and what to do to make sure it didn't cause any more of an issue. Showed up on time the next day and had it swapped out in no time at all. After the install he also advised me on regular maintenance that should be performed to prolong the life of the water heater. He also addressed my furnace ignitor issue that happened at the same time. 10 out of 5 would recommend to anyone!
